Estate Planning

Estate planning is a sensitive subject but one of the most important things a person can do. We will discuss with you the importance of having a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive and the information needed to complete the same. We will go over your goals with your estate plan and how you would like to see assets distributed or handled on your passing or incapacity. We will confirm with you that, where possible, your assets are held in a way so as to simplify your estate or in a way that ensures your estate planning goals can be met.

We will provide advice as to what can and cannot be done with regards to your assets, and, if what you are suggesting is not possible at this time, the next best alternative course of action.

We can also provide general advice regarding the Medical Assistance in Dying program, however as that is administered by the Saskatchewan Health Authority we are unable to do more than this.
