We are an active, small town firm. We believe that you shouldn’t have to go to the city to get the services you need and want. Being able to access services and advice locally is important to us and we aim to provide that to you in as convenient and easy a manner as possible. We want to provide that special touch that only being local can bring as we understand your concerns and questions, and have an intimate knowledge of the factors people in our area face when dealing with any number of matters.

Our History
Klimm McKee Law was founded on September 1, 2022. Gordon Klimm has worked in the Tisdale and Northeast area as a lawyer for over 40 years and brings his knowledge and expertise to our firm. Jessica McKee-Howes has grown up in the area and has was excited to take the step to branch out with their new practice. With their combined experiences, they are able to tackle everything you need to complete your matter, from a simple real estate transaction to a
corporate restructuring.
Community
Klimm McKee Law is an active sponsor of various community organizations and sporting teams. We are always happy to donate to local causes and events, such as fundraisers, Telemiracle, fireworks, car shows, and tournaments.

Meet Klimm & McKee
Gordon was born in Kamsack, Saskatchewan and grew up on a cattle and grain farm North of Pelly, Saskatchewan. He attended Grade 1 and 2 at a rural country school at Sunny Isle and later completed his schooling at Pelly, Saskatchewan. He obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, in Saskatoon. He articled with the Mackenzie Law Firm at Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. He moved to Tisdale, Saskatchewan, in September of 1981 where he started his legal practice. In November of that year, he established a branch office location in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan. Gordon has worked as a lawyer in the Tisdale area ever since, and in September 2022, he became a Partner of Klimm McKee Law at its inception.
Gordon has a general practice and has been happy to help generations of family members with their transactions and estate planning in this time. In his spare time, Gordon enjoys travelling with his wife, Rita, and visiting their daughters and grandchildren. He is an avid collector of sports memorabilia, especially Toronto Maple Leafs.
Jessica was born and raised in Tisdale, Saskatchewan, where she now lives with her husband, Cody, and their two children. She graduated from Tisdale Middle and Secondary School before obtaining her Bachelor of Arts (Double Major Canadian Studies and Political Science) from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She went on to receive her Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time at law school, she worked as a summer student at what is now known as Klimm McKee Law. She continued working there for her Articles and became and Associate Lawyer in 2018 when she was called to the bar. She became a Partner of Klimm McKee Law at its inception in 2022. In 2024, she started travelling to our newest branch office in Archerwill, Saskatchewan.
Jessica has a general practice, including as general counsel to the Town of Tisdale. She also volunteers with a number of community organizations and clubs, including the Tisdale Curling Club, Kay Montgomery Trust, Ducks Unlimited, and Tisdale Dance Centre. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or going to Kipabiskau Lake to spend time with her family.
